A nostalgic tribute to the 1940s - a journey down memory lane to the 1940s and the days of ration books, blackouts, make do and mend and, of course, the forces' sweethearts.
Get out your ration book and gas mask, but watch out for the Germans...

Visitors are welcome to dress for the occasion in 1940s costume. Timetable 'E', 2-train running, will be in operation (air raids permitting...) with trains departing from both Cheddleton and Kingsley & Froghall station throughout the day.
