Churnet Valley Railway

presents the first "Country Fayre" at

Kingsley & Froghall Station

Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th July 2008

To help with station restoration funds the Churnet Valley Railway is holding it's first Summer Fayre in the car park at Kingsley and Froghall Station on the 26th and 27th July. It is planned that the fair will include:-

  • Steam trains running on both days
  • Open from 9.30am to 6.00pm on both days
  • Children's Entertainment
  • Craft and Charity Stalls
  • Children's Favourites Fairground
  • Miniature Railway
  • Face Painting
  • Fortune Teller
  • Craft Stalls
  • Cake Stalls
  • Railwayana
  • Tombolla Tables
  • Bric a Brac Stalls
  • Traditional Cream Teas

If you would like your organisation to attend, pitches are available from £5.00 each but pre-booking is essential. We are unable to provide tables, tents, gazebos or the like so please bring your own. For further information or to book pitches for either or both days please contact:-
