plc does not guarantee that trains will depart at the stated and
reserves the right to cancel or alter any trains without prior
notice and to change the motive power for whatever reason. No
liability for loss, inconvenience or delay can be accepted. If,
however, the prevailing weather conditions (particularly snow)
make it impossible for the event to take place, then the company
will contact tickets holders as soon as is practical and transfer
them to another date or refund the ticket price in full.
