Selection of Spanish appetisers served with Sherry

Starters:
Champifiones al ajillo
Fresh field Mushrooms stir fried in olive oil with parsley and garlic
Gazpacho
Classic Spanish tomato and olive oil chilled soup
Pastas Bravas
Fried Potato topped with a Spicy Tomato Sauce

Mains:
Huevos a la Flamenco
Tradditional Spanish casserole made with chorizo, ham, eggs, onion,s herbs and tomatoes
Bacalo ala Rotena
Chunky pieces of Cod pan fried and simmered in a sauce of onions peppers and tomatoes
Paella Valencia
A classic Spanish Paella with Seafood ,Chicken and Pork baked with saffron rice
Paella Vegetariania
A vegetable Paella made with fresh vegetables baked with saffron rice

Desserts:
Peras al vino tinto
Pears poached in red wine and cinnamon served with ice cream
Filloa De Helado y crema
Stuffed crepe with ice cream, topped with whipped cream and strawberry sauce
Bizcocho Borracho
Lady fingers soaked in coffee and brandy, layered with sweet custard and chocolate
